Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible for your data
The data fiduciary is Edumapple Global Education LLP (LLPIN ACD-8134), Office 2, Collective Coworks (CoCo), Grand Central by Group Mukkadan, Edachira, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030. Contact for privacy questions and grievances: [email protected].
What we collect
- From the enquiry form: name, phone number, whether it is a WhatsApp number, NEET score, district, planned intake year and email address. Only name and phone are required.
- Automatically with the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your IP address and browser type.
- When you message or call us: what you tell us in the conversation.
Why we use it
- To call or message you about studying MBBS in Russia, which is what you asked for.
- To check your eligibility and suggest universities.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, in aggregate.
- To block spam and abuse of the form.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Students under 18
Many NEET candidates are 17. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should fill in the form or agree to it. By ticking the consent box a minor confirms that a parent or guardian agrees. If we learn that we hold a minor's data without such consent, we will delete it.
Who sees your data
- Edumapple counsellors handling your enquiry.
- Our email provider (Google) and hosting provider, which store and deliver the enquiry for us.
- A university or its admissions office, only when you decide to apply and ask us to send your file.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become our student, in which case we keep the file for the length of the course plus three years. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, withdraw your consent and nominate another person to act for you. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a session cookie needed for the website to work and keeps campaign tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that your enquiry shows where it came from. If we add an analytics service, this section will name it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on our server outside the public web folder and sent to our team by encrypted email.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and change the date at the top.
